New presumptive value law hit Texas last year!

For those of you who don't know the new Standard Presumptive Value law has come to Texas. You are now required to pay taxes on the presumptive value of any vehicle you purchase from a non-dealer source. What does this mean? If you purchase a vehicle for $500 from a person other than a dealer and the presumptive value is $1500 then you pay taxes on $1500 not $500. Are there ways around this law? You betcha. I just happen to know what they are too. Sorry, can't give away all of my secrets. If you need help with this new law contact me ASAP. Don't let you money go to waste. If you would like to find out what the Standard Presumptive value of your vehicle is go to the links section on my site and click the link for Standard Presumptive Value. It will direct you to the TXDOT site and give you details about Standard Presuptive Value.
